Details: This AGM is part of the November Social Meeting which starts at 19:30. The AGM will start at 20:00. Why do we need a Secretary (and a Chair)?
The OUSA constitution requires both officers, please see below.
“The Branch will be deemed to have closed if it does not have at least two Officers in post. All funds held by the Branch will be recalled and held centrally pending the Branch being reactivated. ” (Point xi of “d. committee” under section “5. Branches”)
