What makes a branch tick?
Some members are part of the branch committee and other members can enjoy the benefits from having an activie branch.
The OUSA constitution requires both officers, please see below.
“The Branch will be deemed to have closed if it does not have at least two Officers in post. All funds held by the Branch will be recalled and held centrally pending the Branch being reactivated. ” (Point xi of “d. committee” under section “5. Branches”)
